$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install pcsxr-dbg 

pcsxr-dbg is installed in your system.

Make ensure the pcsxr-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pcsxr-dbg *
